Moratrix Account & Product Messages is operated by Moratrix LLC (Moratrix). It sends account notifications and occasional marketing or promotional messages about the Moratrix product to people who opt in through https://moratrix.net/updates or by replying YES to a Moratrix marketing message. It does not send individual stock recommendations, market-direction calls or investment performance content.
2. Message types
The program sends the following account and product messages:
- account verification and sign-in alerts;
- subscription confirmations and renewal reminders;
- billing and payment notifications;
- product feature updates; and
- marketing and promotional messages about the Moratrix product.
We do not send messages about individual securities, price movements, trading or investment performance through this program.
3. Frequency and cost
Message frequency varies with your account activity and occasional product announcements. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Moratrix does not charge for the messages themselves. Message delivery is subject to your carrier's network and is not guaranteed.
4. How to opt in
Visit https://moratrix.net/updates, enter a US mobile number, and check the optional SMS consent box. The box is unchecked by default. You may submit the form without checking it; consent is not a condition of purchase or of using this site. You can also opt in by replying YES to a Moratrix marketing message.
By checking the box, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Moratrix (Moratrix LLC) at the number provided, including account verification and sign-in alerts, subscription confirmations and renewal reminders, billing and payment notifications, and product feature updates, as well as marketing and promotional messages about the Moratrix product. 8. Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network operator and is not guaranteed.
The program is intended for the following major U.S. carriers, among others that support application-to-person messaging: AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, U.S. Cellular, Boost Mobile, Cricket Wireless, Metro by T-Mobile. Carrier support may change.

Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
